question Are the free sign-up promos actually worth chasing anymore?

Been wondering about this lately... do many sites still do those join-up freebies where you can have a crack without putting your own money in first, or is it mostly dead now?

I keep seeing random promo fields and the odd mention of free spins or a little starter balance, but half the time it feels like there’s some weird catch buried in it somewhere. Tiny max cashout, massive wagering, only works for certain games, code expired three months ago... that kind of thing.

Any of you actually found decent ones lately that were legit and not a total stuff-around? Keen to know how you’re finding them too — email offers, affiliates, Telegram groups, just lurking casino promos? I’m in Aus so not sure if that makes it more limited as well. Cheers lads.

nah, I don't reckon they're dead, people just chase them the wrong way. If a site still wants some random promo code at signup it's usually old affiliate junk or expired stuff. The ones that are actually live now are more often auto-added or tucked away in the promos page after you register, so that little box can mean bugger all.
