I’m gonna say it... most of those sign-up freebies feel pretty dodgy once you actually read the fine print. You see a few free spins or a bit of bonus cash and think beauty, I’ll give this mob a crack, then it turns into 40x wagering, tiny max cashout, half the games excluded, and somehow you still need to verify half your life before touching anything. Bit of a stitch-up really.
Not saying they’re all rubbish though. Every now and then there’s one that’s actually playable and you can have a decent muck around without chucking in your own cash straight away. That’s the sort I’m keen on, especially if I just want to test the site, see if the pokies run alright, whether support is useless, all that stuff.
