question Those sign-up freebies where you don’t put a cent in — anyone actually cashed one out?

Been seeing heaps of sites dangling the little starter deals lately, like a few spins or a tiny balance just for joining, and I’m kinda curious if any of them are actually worth the mucking around.

Not talking about the ones where you still have to top up after 2 minutes... I mean the proper ones where you can have a crack first. Every time I read the fine print there’s some weird cap, max cashout, bonus winnings only, certain pokies excluded, or you’ve gotta wager the bloody thing into another dimension.

Has anyone here actually turned one of these into a real withdrawal? Even a small one. Keen to know which sites were decent about it and which ones were just a time sink with KYC hoops and gotchas at the end.

If you’ve had a win from one, what was the catch? And if it was a dud, what made it a dud... wagering too high, game restrictions, withdrawal blocked, took forever, whatever. Just trying to work out if these offers are a sneaky little bonus or mostly marketing fluff tbh.

Yep, that’s the bit that matters. I barely look at the headline now, I go straight to max cashout, whether winnings become real balance or stay locked as bonus money, and how much of the lobby is actually eligible. If they make that stuff hard to find, I just assume there’s a reason.
