question Friday reloads getting stingier, or am I just seeing the same tricks everywhere?

Been around these promos for ages now and lately a lot of the regular top-up offers feel a bit cooked. Used to be pretty easy to spot the decent ones, chuck in a small deposit, get a fair boost, play through it and move on. Now heaps of them look alright in the email/banner, then you open the terms and it’s 35x or 40x, tiny max cashout, half the pokie providers excluded, and sometimes you’ve got about 6 hours to use it... cheers for that.

I’m also seeing more of the same setup everywhere — low match %, weird opt-in windows, and those “selected players only” promos that seem to land randomly. Ngl I don’t even bother with some of them anymore unless the wagering is reasonable or there’s actual value in it. A small no-drama reload can be better than a flashy one with bloody handcuffs attached.

What are you lot seeing at the moment? Are there still sites doing proper recurring promos that are worth taking, or has the whole thing shifted into mostly marketing fluff? Keen to hear what people actually rate now — cash back, free spins drops, simple deposit matches, whatever — and what sort of terms make you bin it straight away.

For me, once there’s a max win cap plus high playthrough plus provider exclusions, I’m usually out. Feels like too much stuffing around for not much upside. Maybe I’m just getting old and grumpy with this stuff haha.

My little rule now is if I can't understand it in 30 seconds, I leave it alone. I mostly go for plain cashback or spin drops where your own deposit isn't tied up in knots. And always check the eligible games before you top up, that's where the annoying bit usually lives.
