question Mondays, Fridays, random emails... which top-up offers are actually worth it?

Been seeing heaps of those little top-up promos lately, like chuck in 20 or 50 and they throw a bit extra on, sometimes spins too. Just wondering how many of you actually bother with them every week or if most are a bit of a trap once you read the fine print.

I feel like some look decent at first, then you see the wagering, max cashout, weird time limits, certain games excluded... and suddenly it’s not nearly as good as it sounded in the email. Then every now and then one turns out alright and you can get a decent run out of it. Hard to tell which ones are genuinely playable and which ones are just there to get you loading up again, hey.

What do you lot usually look for before taking one? Better bonus %, lower playthrough, freerolls/spins instead of extra cash, or do you just ignore the lot unless it’s a ripper? Keen to hear which sites are doing the better recurring promos lately and which ones are bloody not worth the hassle.

I mostly skip them unless the terms are really simple. First thing I look for is whether it’s sticky money and whether certain pokies count weirdly low toward clearing it, because that’s usually where the so-called extra value disappears. If I have to change how I normally play just to make the promo work, I’m out.

reckon that’s the right way to look at it. The little test I use now is pretty basic: would I have deposited there anyway? if not, I leave it. Been around long enough to see a few places start off decent then quietly tighten the rules on their repeat offers, so I keep a note on my phone of who does that and stop bothering with em.
