Weird how reloads always sound decent in the promo email, then when you actually win on one suddenly there's some buried bit in the terms or support starts talking like you should've magically known the bonus wasn't for that game / that payment method / that casino in the same group. feels like welcome bonuses get all the attention, but reloads are where the sneaky stuff lives imo.
Had one recently where I opted in, played through it, balance was showing normal, no warning, nothing. Then at withdrawal it turned into this whole thing about promo eligibility and "internal review" lol. Not even a huge amount, which almost makes it more annoying. If a reload is valid when depositing it should still be valid when cashing out, right? idk maybe I'm getting old and cynical with these promos but half the time a boring cashback deal feels safer than another shiny 50% reload with a novel hidden in the T&Cs...
