question Seeing more repeat promos lately, but the caps are shrinking

Bit of news for the bonus hunters here — over the last few weeks I’ve seen a fair few sites leaning harder into the recurring reload-style promos instead of the bigger random drop offers. Same sort of pattern keeps popping up too, usually early week or just before the weekend, then gone again by the next arvo.

What’s changed from what I can tell is the value feels tighter. More 25% or 50% top-up offers, smaller max boosts, and a lot of them have pretty skinny claim windows now. A couple I checked had the usual playthrough bumped up as well, so it looks decent in the lobby banner then you read the fine print and go ahh... righto.

If you’re already playing on a site every few days it can still be handy, especially if you’re just topping up a smaller balance and having a crack on low-to-mid stakes pokies. But for anyone chasing proper mileage, some of these repeat offers are getting a bit stingy compared to what was floating around earlier in the year. Feels like operators know punters are used to checking their inbox on the same days and they don’t need to be as generous anymore.

Keen to hear what everyone else is seeing. Are your regular reloads actually still worth taking, or are most of them heading into “looks alright till you read the terms” territory now? If anyone’s found a ripper recurring promo lately, chuck it in here.

yeah I reckon half of them are mostly there to prod you into depositing again. the short timer is what gets me now, miss the email for a few hours and it's gone. if I was already logging in, maybe, but I'm not topping up just because a banner yelled at me.
