question Those mid-week top-up offers worth chasing anymore?

Been around the traps with these promos for a while now and I swear they used to be a fair bit better than what we get lately. Used to see decent little top-up deals during the week where you could actually have a crack without feeling like you signed up for a second job reading the terms. Now heaps of them look alright in the banner, then you open it up and it’s 40x this, game weighting that, max cashout chopped to bits... yeah nah.

The one that gets me is when the offer sounds simple, then the opt-in window is tiny or it only works on a weird deposit amount. Or they chuck in a decent percentage but cap the extra at bugger all, so unless you were only planning on a tiny deposit anyway it’s not doing much. And don’t get me started on the ones where the best slots are excluded, because that usually tells you everything.

These days I’m way more picky. I’d rather take a smaller deal with clean terms than a bigger flashy one that turns into a headache by Friday arvo. Sometimes a straight cashback or a few decent spins ends up being better value, depends how they’ve set it up.

What do you lot actually look for with these now? Low wagering first? Max cashout rules? Minimum odds style stuff on the game weighting side? Keen to hear if anyone’s found sites still doing proper decent weekly offers, or if most of them have gone stingy across the board.

Yep, same here. The one I bin straight away is when they split your real balance and promo balance in some weird order and you can't touch your own cash properly. Do you lot auto-skip those now, or still give them a crack if the offer itself looks decent?

Genuine question, how often are people actually clearing these anymore? I started looking at them like extra entertainment rather than value, because half the time the playthrough chews up the good run before you can even think about pulling anything out.

Weirdly mine got better when I stopped depositing for a bit. When I was active all the time it was the same tired offers, then after a quiet spell the emails suddenly looked way more tempting. Anyone else noticed they treat regulars worse than people who drift off?

Best tip I can give is suss the wallet rules before you chuck money in. If they don't say clearly whether the promo cash is sticky or actually withdrawable, I bail. And screenshot the page before opting in, because support gets real fuzzy when the wording changes later.
