question After a few years spinning, which games still make your top 5?

Been playing long enough now that I can usually tell pretty quick when a game is just the same old thing with a different skin chucked on it. Heaps of them look flashy for 10 minutes, then it turns into dead spins, a tease feature, and you're out.

Keen to hear what people here actually rate these days. Not the one that jagged you a win once on a random arvo - the ones you keep going back to because they're genuinely solid. Could be old school stuff, could be newer releases, doesn't matter.

For me, the good ones usually have a base game that doesn't feel completely lifeless, a bonus that can actually land without needing a miracle, and they don't bog down on mobile. RTP numbers are one thing, but we all know some games just feel better to play than others.

So what's in your top 3 or top 5 right now? And what puts them there - hit rate, bonus potential, max win chance, or just because they're fun and not bloody painful to sit through?

I stopped doing top 5 lists ages ago tbh, heaps of them are the same maths with a different coat of paint. My filter now is pretty simple - if a dud bonus means the session is basically cooked, I ditch it. The ones I keep coming back to are the games that can still throw a few decent base hits and not feel like a bloody hostage situation while you wait for 3 scatters.
