question For Aussie players, what do you check before joining a pokie site?

I reckon the quickest test is the terms page, not the game lobby. If I have to dig like a bloody idiot just to find cashout rules, dormant account stuff, or whether they can yank a bonus for any random reason, I'm gone. Decent places make the boring bits easy to find because they know people will check.
