Maybe I’m just being a grump, but heaps of the mobile ones still feel bloody average for pokies. Slow loading, weird logouts, search bar that can’t find the game you literally typed in, and the lobby is always a mess. Funny how the deposit bit works perfectly every time though lol.

I’m mostly playing on my phone these days, couple of spins in the arvo or when I’m stuck waiting around, so I care way more about the app now than I used to. If it stutters during free spins or takes 10 taps just to swap games, I’m out. Don’t really care how flashy it looks if the thing runs like a busted trolley.

So who actually has a decent one right now? Proper smooth, easy to use, good pokies range, no mucking around with payments or verification every second week. And if the app is rubbish but the mobile browser version is better, chuck that in too. Keen to hear what people are using because I reckon most of them are still miles off it.

bit harsh mate. I've got one on my phone that's smooth enough, and the real stinkers are usually just lazy wrappers. If it's logging you out all the time, check whether your battery settings are putting it to sleep in the background.

I wouldn't separate app vs mobile browser too much. A lot of them are basically the same thing in different packaging, so if the cashier or verification flow is clunky the app won't save it. I pay more attention to whether search works properly and if it restores your session after you've jumped out for a minute.

weird tip but try the browser shortcut to home screen before you write a place off. I've had a few run cleaner that way when I'm having a punt in the arvo, especially the ones that make Face ID lose the plot. you on ios?
