question What makes you actually stick with a pokie site these days?

I was thinking about this earlier because there are so many places to play now that half the time they all start blending together a bit...

For me it used to just be whoever had the biggest game library, easy. Now I care way more about the boring stuff lol. If the site runs like a dog on mobile, takes ages to load a bonus round, or makes you jump through hoops just to cash out, I'm gone pretty quick.

Curious what other Aussie punters reckon is the big one now. Fast withdrawals? Better game providers? Decent promos without weird catch? Smooth play on the arvo train scroll? Even little stuff like not getting hammered with popups every five seconds makes a difference for me.

Also feels like some sites look mad at first, then after a week you realise the same few games are doing all the heavy lifting and the rest is filler. Keen to know what keeps you coming back to one place instead of chucking a few spins around on different ones.

What matters most for you lot these days?

For me it's when the account stuff gets weird. I can live with a smaller lobby if the site remembers my details and doesn't suddenly ask for the same docs again the second I try to cash out. Reckon that tells you pretty fast what they're like once money's involved. Anyone else had one act normal till the first withdrawal?
