question Real dealers, real cards... which sites are still worth a look for Aussies?

Been around the online tables for a fair while now and I reckon the live dealer side has changed a lot the last couple of years. Used to be pretty easy to find solid blackjack and roulette rooms with smooth streams, decent limits, and dealers who kept the game moving. Lately I keep running into the same annoying stuff - laggy tables at peak times, empty lobbies full of weird variants nobody asked for, or minimum bets that jump up the second the table gets busy.

I still prefer the real-time tables over RNG stuff, especially for blackjack, but I am getting pickier about where I play. Good interface matters heaps, same with how quick the seating is, whether the side bets are taking over everything, and if the baccarat/roulette rooms actually feel active instead of dead. Some providers are still alright, some feel like they've gone a bit backwards... and a few sites seem to give Aussies a much better run than others.

What are you lot finding decent at the moment? Keen to hear which ones have the best blackjack setup, lowest hassle getting on a table, and whether anyone's found any proper good roulette rooms lately. If you've noticed certain providers or casinos going downhill, chuck that in too - saves the rest of us wasting an arvo testing rubbish tables.

little tip, don't judge it by the first ten minutes in the lobby. I load one plain blackjack table, leave and rejoin it, then see if the stream/chat stay in sync after a seat drop. If that bit's messy, the rest of the place usually is too. Bloody over the shiny side-bet tables pretending to be the main event.
