First one was a bit of a headache for me, yeah. Not scammy or anything, just slow. They asked for the usual KYC stuff after I already put the withdrawal in, so it sat there longer than I expected. Once that was done, the next cashout was way smoother. Game wise I had no issues, pokies loaded fine and the lobby was easy enough to use.

I tried Richard Casino for a short run maybe 2 months ago. My take was pretty average overall. Good enough selection if you mainly want standard slot providers, nothing mind blowing though. The part I didn't love was support, felt very copy paste when I asked about bonus terms. If you do join, I'd honestly skip the bonus and just deposit cash so you don't get dragged into wagering nonsense.

I've only used it on mobile and it was actually decent for quick pokie sessions. No lag, no weird crashes, and I found the search better than a lot of casinos. That said, I'd still keep the first deposit small until you test a withdrawal yourself.
