question Been jumping between a few casino sites lately — here's what stood out

Been mucking around on a few different online casinos lately, just with small deposits, mainly to see which ones are actually alright for Aussie players and which ones are all flash with no substance. Funny how two sites can have a pretty similar first impression, then feel completely different once you actually sign up and have a proper go.

For me the big thing wasn't even the bonus stuff. It was more like... does the site run smoothly on mobile, are the pokies any good or just the same recycled lot, and what happens when you try to cash out. A couple were easy, no worries, and another one started getting a bit painful the second verification came up. Had one ask for extra docs after the account was already approved, which gave me the irrits straight away.

I also reckon support tells you heaps. If live chat takes ages or just pastes the same robotic replies, I'm usually halfway out the door already. Same deal with those sneaky terms buried miles down the page. Nothing worse than thinking you've had a decent hit, then finding some random rule attached to a bonus that wasn't obvious at all.

Anyway, keen to hear how everyone else judges a site now. Is it mostly payout speed for you, or game range, or whether they make KYC a bloody mission? If you've found any that are genuinely decent for Aussies, chuck them in here. Happy to hear the bad ones too so the rest of us don't waste our arvo signing up for rubbish.

Do you reckon stuff like deposit limits and timeout tools matters much when you're sussing a new site, or is that not really on your radar? I've started checking that before the games now, says a bit about how serious they are.
