question Before I sign up anywhere new, which review sites do you lot actually trust?

Been playing online long enough now that I barely look at those big scorecards anymore. Half of them give every site some weird 9.7/10 and call it a day... doesn’t tell you much when you’re the one waiting on a cashout.

What I usually care about is the boring stuff really - whether withdrawals are smooth for Aussie players, if they go stupid with verification after you win, whether support is any good once you’ve already deposited, and if the pokies library is actually decent instead of padded out with junk.

Problem is, heaps of review pages feel copy-paste to me. Same wording, same rankings, same “trusted” badge slapped on everything. Makes me reckon the person writing it hasn’t even had a crack on the site.

So who do you trust these days when you’re checking out a new casino? Proper review sites, smaller blogs, just forum posts from real players, bit of all three?

Keen to hear what other experienced punters look for too. Do you bother with ratings at all, or just scroll straight to the complaints and see what the red flags are?

I still look at them tbh, just not like they mean much on their own. If a site is getting dragged everywhere and still somehow has a near-perfect number, that's the red flag for me. The score itself is basically just a shortcut, the useful bit is whether the comments under it sound like real people or the same bloke typing in different hats.
