question Half these casino write-ups feel dodgy — what do you trust?

Been trying to suss out a couple of new sites lately and far out, so many of those review pages read exactly the same. Every casino is somehow "top rated", every bonus is "amazing", and then you click the next one and it says the same bloody thing again with a different logo slapped on it.

I’m more keen on the stuff that actually matters once you’ve signed up — do they pay without messing you around, how painful is verification, are the pokies decent, do Aussie payment methods work properly, does support vanish when you need them. That’s the kind of stuff I want to read, not some shiny 9.7/10 score with no real detail.

What do you lot trust when you’re checking out a new casino? Proper player comments in forums like this, Trustpilot, random Reddit posts, review sites, or just chuck in a small deposit and test it yourself? If there are any review pages that are actually useful for Aussies, post them up... and if there are dead-set red flags that make you ignore a review instantly, keen to hear those too.

That bit is the real test hey. I always open the cashier page before anything else, if it's dodgy or weirdly vague I'm out. You treat crypto-only as a hard no, or will you still have a crack if the rest looks alright?
