question Which review sites do you lot actually trust before signing up?

Been trying to sort the decent online casinos from the rubbish lately, and half the write-ups I keep landing on feel copy-paste as hell. Same scores, same "great game library", same payout claims... just doesn’t tell you much when you actually want the real story.

I’m a bit curious how everyone here checks a place before chucking money in. Do you lean more on forum posts, random Trustpilot stuff, or are there a few review pages that are actually decent for Aussie players?

For me the stuff I care about is pretty basic - withdrawals, how painful the verification is, whether support actually replies, and if the pokies selection is any good once you’re past the shiny homepage. Bonus chat is fine I guess, but I’d rather know if a site drags its feet when it’s time to cash out.

If you’ve got a go-to source for honest write-ups, keen to hear it. And if there are sites that looked mint in the reviews but turned out dodgy once you joined, chuck those in too... would save a few of us the mucking around.

Yeah the copy-paste writeups are useless. I trust threads from people who come back after a withdrawal way more than any score out of ten, and I always read the terms page myself because the sneaky bits never make the shiny articles. If a review doesn't mention how the site handles ID checks or pending cashouts, it's probably fluff.
