question Whose site write-ups do you actually trust before joining?

I was having a poke around for a new place to play and man... half the stuff you find feels like the same copy-paste rubbish with a different logo slapped on it. Every site is apparently amazing, every withdrawal is super fast, every bonus is the best going. Yeah right.

Just wondering how you lot sort the useful info from the fluff. Do you mostly go by forum posts from actual players, random rating sites, Trustpilot, Reddit, mates, whatever? I am way more keen on hearing where people got stitched up with slow cashouts or dodgy support than reading another polished write-up saying everything is bloody fantastic.

What are your main green flags and red flags when you are checking a casino out? Stuff like game selection, withdrawal speed, KYC dramas, bonus terms, live chat actually answering... chuck in anything. If there are a few places or reviewers you reckon are actually worth listening to, would love to hear it.

Yep, forum posts help heaps more than those shiny writeups. First thing I look at now is the boring stuff nobody puts in the big headline bits: withdrawal rules, whether they let you reverse a cashout, country restrictions, and the complaints page if they have one. I also chuck support a basic question before depositing just to see if a real person answers or if it's just canned nonsense.
