Bit of a rant, but with all the app updates and promo changes getting pushed around lately, the flood of write-ups for betting sites has gone properly cooked. Every second page I click says some bookie is amazing, fast, easy, premium, best value blah blah... yeah right. Reads like the same bloke rewrote it 20 times and changed the logo.
What punters actually wanna know is the real stuff. Do they drag out KYC for days, do the odds suddenly get worse when you build a multi, are the so-called boosts any good, do withdrawals get sorted without a drama, and what happens when support gets pinged with an actual problem. That matters heaps more than some polished rubbish about a slick interface.
I reckon the whole review side of betting has gotten way too cosy with the books. Any time one of them changes a promo or rolls out some flashy app feature, a pile of pages suddenly pop up calling it a ripper. Funny how that works. Feels less like actual punters talking and more like dressed-up ads pretending to be useful info.
Curious what everyone else is using to suss out a site these days. You going off forum chat, your own trial and error, or have you actually found any write-ups that don't smell dodgy straight away? Name the books you rate too, and the ones that have gone downhill lately.
