question Tried 4 local bookie apps this month — one was miles easier

Been jumping between a few of the main bookie apps lately for NRL and AFL stuff, plus the odd cheeky weekend punt, and I reckon the difference between them is bigger than I expected. Sportsbet still feels the easiest to use for me, just quick to find markets, same game multis are dead simple, and I’m not hunting around the app like a drongo trying to place one bet.

TAB was fine but felt a bit clunky on my phone... not unusable, just took me longer to get where I wanted. Neds and Ladbrokes were somewhere in the middle. Decent enough, promos popping up all over the place, but sometimes I get the feeling they want you clicking through half the app before you actually land on the market you were after. Maybe that’s just me being impatient in the arvo.

Big thing for me now is how fast deposits/withdrawals go and whether they start messing about when you try to verify. I’ve had no real dramas cashing out with one, then another wants extra docs for what felt like no reason. That part does my head in way more than odds being a couple of cents off here and there.

Anyway that’s where I’m at right now — one app I keep going back to because it’s just easier, a couple that are alright, and one I probably won’t bother with much unless the promo is actually decent. Keen to hear what everyone else is using lately and which ones have been smooth for you, especially for withdrawals and live betting.

Funny, I’m kind of the opposite. Sportsbet looks cleaner but live betting on there does my head in a bit, stuff seems to vanish right when I’m trying to get on. TAB is uglier for sure, still reckon I find racing markets faster there. You mostly doing footy? Feels like the best app changes heaps depending on what you’re punting on.
