question What actually makes a bookie worth sticking with?

I was going through a few different bookie sites this arvo and started wondering what people here rate most when they decide one is actually decent and not just all shiny promos up front.

For me it usually comes down to the boring stuff more than the flashy bits — how easy the app is to use, whether deposits and cash-outs are smooth, how hard they go on verification, if the odds are still fair once you compare them properly, and whether support is any help when something goes sideways. Bonus bets are nice and all, but if the site is a pain after sign-up then I pretty much bail.

Keen to hear which ones you lot reckon are reliable lately, especially for AFL/NRL punting, racing, or multis. Doesn't need to be a full essay, even just a quick rundown like good app / slow withdrawal / limits too quick / no worries with KYC would be handy.

Would be good to get some real player opinions in one spot instead of the usual polished write-ups you find everywhere else.

One thing I'd add to the checklist is how quick they start trimming accounts once you get a couple decent calls right. Do you care much about that side of it, or are you mostly looking for a place that's easy to use and pays out without drama?
