question Stable mail everywhere lately - who's actually worth a look?

Been seeing heaps more racing preview stuff pop up lately... socials, apps, punting groups, even the bookies pushing their own best bets harder than usual. Feels like every big meeting now comes with 20 different people saying they've got the read on it.

Just wondering who you lot actually pay attention to for local meetings. Do you follow anyone for metro cards, or is it more a case of checking track pattern, late market moves and doing your own thing? I’m keen to find a couple of decent follows for Saturday races without wading through all the fluff.

Also curious if anyone reckons the quality’s gone up lately or if it’s just more noise. NSW, VIC, QLD, whatever - chuck in who you rate, or even what sort of info matters most to you before a race. Stable whispers? Sectionals? Parade yard stuff? Trying to sort the useful gear from the bloody guesswork.

I stopped tailing the loudest accounts ages ago. Best results I get are when I do my own shortlist the night before, then wait for late scratchings and the first couple to see how it's playing. If some bloke is just firing out picks with no map or reason behind it, I usually keep scrolling.
