Been down a bit of a rabbit hole lately reading about stuff like doubling after losses, pressing wins, flat stakes and all that. Just talking pokies here. Every second bloke online seems to reckon theyve got some clever setup, then someone else says the reels couldnt care less and its all just noise.
I kind of get why people do it though. Even if it doesnt magically change anything, having some sort of plan probably stops you punting like a drongo when a session goes pear-shaped. That part makes sense to me.
What I cant work out is whether any of these approaches actually help in a real way, or if the only benefit is just keeping your bankroll under control for a bit longer. Like, do any of you genuinely stick to one method and reckon it improves how your sessions go?
Keen to hear what people actually use. Fixed stake the whole time? Up a level after a decent hit? Drop back after a rough patch? Stop after x number of spins? Im not looking for some miracle formula or anything, just wondering if theres a sensible way to structure a session without kidding yourself. Cheers.
