question More punters are talking about finding overs lately - worth the effort?

Lately every second betting poddy, TikTok clip, and random Twitter thread seems to be banging on about backing prices that are a bit bigger than they should be, instead of just trying to pick the winner straight up. Feels like its gone from niche punter chat to something heaps more mainstream pretty quick.

I get the idea in theory - if the bookies hang a number you reckon is off, you jump on it and let the maths do the heavy lifting over time. Sounds good... but Im curious how many of you are actually doing this properly and not just calling any roughie good value after a few beers on a Saturday arvo lol.

Are you blokes making your own prices, comparing a few books, tracking closing line, all that stuff? Or is this one of those things that sounds ripper in theory but gets messy once you try to do it every week? Keen to hear if anyone here has been using this approach seriously and whether it changed your results much.
