Keep ending up in these micro/low stakes cash tables where 2 or 3 guys are basically clicking pot every street with any two cards and calling way too much. And every time I try to "play solid" it turns into this dumb spot where top pair feels huge but also not huge enough lol. I know the standard answer is value bet them hard and don’t overbluff, yeah yeah, but in game it feels messier than that.
Like do you just size up a lot with one pair and stop worrying about balance completely? Or tighten up pre and wait, except then rake just eats you alive and the table is chaos anyway. Also the more aggressive advice kinda sounds right, but then when I start firing bigger I end up leveling myself into stacking off too light. idk if I’m being too nitty or not adjusting enough to the population or what...
