question Been tracking reload deals for a bit — here's my take

Been paying more attention to reload promos lately instead of the usual shiny welcome stuff, and yeah... they vary a fair bit.

What matters most for me is pretty simple: the match %, the cap, and the wagering. A promo can look decent in the email, then you open the terms and it turns into 35x on bonus and deposit, max bonus is tiny, certain pokies barely count, and suddenly it's not worth the hassle.

The better ones are usually the straightforward ones. Deposit on a set day, get a clear match, fair cap, normal game weighting, no weird opt-in drama. If I have to dig through 3 different promo pages just to work out what happens after I top up, I'm probably not taking it.

I also reckon the cap matters more than the headline %. A 25% reload up to 200 can be way better than a 75% one capped at 30. Depends how you play of course, but heaps of these offers are dressed up to look bigger than they really are.

Another thing that catches people out is the cashout limit and time window. Some of them give you bugger all time to finish wagering, or they cap winnings low enough that even if you get a nice run on the pokies, you're not actually keeping much of it. Worth checking before you chuck a deposit in.

So far I'd say reloads are only really decent when the terms are clean and you were going to deposit anyway. Curious what everyone else is seeing lately — any regular weekly or weekend promos you've found genuinely worth taking, or mostly just fluff now?

Yep, this. If it doesn't credit cleanly and I have to chase support after depositing, I'm already annoyed before I've even spun anything.
