question Weekly top-up promos are getting stingier lately?

Been trying a few different sites lately and the extra they chuck on after your first deposit just feels a lot worse than it used to be. Not even talking massive value or anything, just the basic midweek or weekend top-up deals... heaps of them look decent in the email, then you open the terms and it turns into 45x wagering, half the pokies excluded, tiny max cashout, all that bloody nonsense.

The ones I actually rate are the simple ones. Low minimum deposit, a fair little boost, works on most slots, and you get more than 24 hours to clear it. If I need a spreadsheet and a strong coffee just to work out whether the promo is worth taking, I'm already off it. Bit of a red flag too when they make you opt in through some random promo page instead of just applying it cleanly.

Biggest killer for me is when the offer sounds alright but the gameplay is dead because the better games are weighted to hell or not eligible at all. Feels like fake value. I'd almost rather a smaller top-up with normal terms than some flashy 100% thing that's basically impossible unless you fluke a hit early.

Curious what everyone else reckons — which sites are still doing decent repeat deposit promos without the sneaky rubbish in the fine print? Keen to hear the good ones and the shockers too, saves the rest of us wasting a deposit on dud offers.

Do you write those off completely when it needs a manual opt-in, or only if the terms are messy as well? I've had a couple where the offer itself was alright, but the annoying bit was not knowing till after the deposit whether it had actually attached.

little thing I check first now, mate, is whether any win goes into real balance or gets swallowed straight into bonus balance. If it all gets locked up again, I usually skip it. Support chat can also tell you pretty quick if the slot list is actually worth bothering with before you chuck money in.
