question Bit out of the loop — where are people playing pokies these days?

Been out of the loop for a while and trying to get my head around where people are actually playing pokies these days if you're in Aus.

Not really chasing the usual "best site" replies either, more what people actually look for now. Is it mostly game range, faster cashouts, crypto, normal bank options, mobile play, support that answers without stuffing you around... what ends up mattering most?

Feels like there are heaps of places floating around, but I can't tell which ones are smooth for Aussie players and which ones become a pain once you deposit or try to cash out. That's the bit I'm more curious about.

Also, do you mostly stick to the bigger game providers or are the newer/random ones worth a crack? I'm not too fussed about promos, I'd rather something reliable that runs properly and doesn't drag verification out for bloody days.

first thing I check now is the cashier and KYC page before I even open a game. If the doc list is buried, or the site feels janky on phone straight away, I bail. Sounds boring but it saves heaps of mucking around later.
