Had a bit of a break from the usual pokies stuff and started jumping back on blackjack lately, mostly at night, and far out... feels like finding a decent table is weirder than it used to be.
Some sites have live tables going but the stream is a bit cooked, some are fine on desktop then average on mobile, and a few chuck in so many side bets and flashy bits that it barely feels like normal blackjack anymore. I just want a clean game, decent pace, and rules that aren’t quietly rough as guts.
What are you lot playing these days? Live dealer or the standard software version? And do you bother checking stuff like soft 17, double after split, number of decks etc, or just jump on whatever feels alright and go from there?
Also curious if there are any platforms that are actually good for Aussie time zones. Nothing worse than being keen for a few hands in the arvo or late evening and the decent tables are either packed or dead quiet.
Not chasing a sales pitch or anything, just wanna hear what real players reckon is worth a crack right now.
