Had a bit of a spin through a bunch of live roulette options lately and figured I'd chuck this up here because some of them are way better than others once you actually sit there and play for a few sessions. I stuck mostly to live dealer tables, not the basic computer wheel stuff, and the biggest thing for me was how smooth the whole thing felt on mobile. If the stream lags, bets take that extra second to register, or the lobby is a mess, I'm out pretty quick.
The better ones felt dead simple - clear table layout, no mucking around finding European vs French vs lightning-style tables, and min bets that didn't go full crazy. A couple had decent low-stakes tables which was good for a lazy arvo punt, and the dealers were pretty chill too. I also reckon the cleaner tables are better than the ones trying to turn every spin into some massive game show thing. Bit of spice is fine, but some of those boosted versions chew through the balance bloody fast.
The annoying part was a few sites had heaps of live blackjack and baccarat up front, then roulette felt buried for no reason. Saw a couple where the tables looked good at first, then the limits jumped around heaps or there were barely any open spots when it got busier at night. One or two also had that weird slight delay where you never feel fully sure the bet is on until the last second... not keen on that at all.
Right now I'd take a plain, reliable live roulette setup over a flashy one every day. Good stream, fast loading, sensible bet range, no drama. Curious what everyone else is playing lately though - any decent tables you've stuck with, or any sites that turned out to be a waste of time?
