I was having a bit of a browse around and noticed Richard Casino gets pretty mixed comments depending on where you look. Some players make it sound totally fine for a few spins on the pokies, then others seem a lot less happy, so now I am curious what the actual player experience is like.
Main stuff I am wondering about is whether the site feels smooth to use, if the pokies selection is decent, and how deposits and cashouts have been in real life. Also keen to know if support is any good when something goes wrong, because that is usually where you find out what a casino is really like tbh.
If you have played there, how did it go for you? Good run, bad run, slow withdrawal, annoying verification, decent bonuses, whatever really. Just after honest Richard Casino user reviews from people here before I decide whether to give it a go.

I played there for a couple weeks earlier this year. Site itself was alright on mobile, not amazing but not a clunky mess either. Game lobby felt a bit all over the place though, like I could find the big providers easy enough but browsing for random pokies was a bit annoying. Deposit went through instantly for me. Cashout was the part I cared about and that took just under 2 days after docs were approved, so not terrible.

This bit is exactly it. Mine was fine until I had a bonus thing not credit properly, then support turned into copy paste city. They did sort it in the end but it took way too much back and forth for something simple. I would not call them scammy from my experience, just a bit slow and frustrating once you actually need help.

Mixed bag for me. Pokies selection was decent enough, plenty to spin on, but the promos never really grabbed me. Wagering looked a bit meh so I mostly ignored the bonus and just played cash. Had one withdrawal approved same day, hit bank the next morning, so I can't complain there. Verification was the usual nuisance but nothing crazier than other casinos.

I tried Richard Casino after seeing those same mixed reviews and honestly I probably wouldn't rush back. Not because anything disastrous happened, it just felt pretty average across the board. A few decent slots, a few long loading screens, support reply took ages, and the whole place didn't really stand out. If you're only after a casual punt it's probably fine, but I wouldn't rank it near my regulars.
