question Bit of a flood of local casino write-ups lately — which ones do you actually trust?

Been seeing heaps more Aussie-focused write-ups and rankings around lately, feels like every second site has a fresh list up this week. Some of them look half decent at a glance, then you read a bit more and it starts sounding a bit too glossy... like no one has actually signed up and had to deal with ID checks or a slow cashout.

I’m kinda curious what everyone here uses when they’re checking a new site now. Do you go off forum posts first, review sites, random Trustpilot-type stuff, or just chuck in a small deposit and find out the hard way?

Main things I care about are the boring bits tbh — withdrawals, how painful verification is, whether support actually replies, and if the bonus terms are sneaky. Pokies selection matters too, but not as much as getting paid without a drama.

If you’ve read any decent local write-ups lately that were actually accurate, sing out. And if there are review pages you reckon are full of it, keen to hear that too. Feels like there’s a fair bit of noise around at the moment.

yeah reckon that's the real stuff that matters. Soon as a write-up spends five paragraphs on games and barely touches cashing out or docs, I stop taking it seriously. I usually trust forum chatter more than those shiny list pages, then do a small test run myself.
