question For the local bookies, what actually matters most to you?

Been bouncing around a few online bookies lately and I keep ending up with the same question... what do you lot actually rate the most when choosing one? Not the flashy signup stuff, I mean the day to day use once you've had an account for a while.

For me it's usually odds on NRL/AFL, how clean the app is, whether live betting feels clunky or not, and how much mucking around there is with withdrawals and ID checks. Some look decent at first then the same game multis are worse, or the app starts lagging right when you want to chuck a bet on. Bit annoying.

Keen to hear which ones people here have stuck with and why. Is it better prices, faster cashouts, more markets on sport, less hassle from support, or something else? Even little things matter tbh, like whether the interface is easy to use on your phone when you're out and about.

Honestly I rate limits way above the shiny app stuff. If they start clipping you the second you have a decent run, the rest of it means bugger all. You mostly betting before kickoff or jumping in live, mate? changes what matters heaps.
