question Anyone actually stick to a bankroll ladder on pokies?

Been mucking around with different ways of sizing my bets lately and I can't tell if I'm being disciplined or just overthinking it 😅

Like, do you lot go in with a set plan before you start spinning? Fixed bet the whole session, bump it up after a decent hit, drop back when the balance gets smacked, that kind of thing. I always tell myself I'll keep it steady, then a bonus lands and suddenly I'm feeling a bit too keen and chucking more on lol.

Not asking for magic tricks obviously, pokies are pokies, but I'm curious what people here actually do in real sessions. Do you have a rough ladder or bankroll rule that keeps you in line, or do you just play by feel on the arvo and see where it goes? Keen to hear what seems to work for you, even if it's just stopping yourself from going full drongo after a win.

yeah that's the bit that gets ya. Best habit I picked up was choosing one base spin and leaving it there no matter what just landed. If I feel myself getting too excited after a hit, I bail for a few mins, grab a cuppa, then come back and reset. Bit boring maybe, but it stops the silly impulses, mate.
