question Solver stuff is creeping into micro stakes now... anyone else seeing it?

Been seeing a fair bit lately about low stakes games getting tougher online, and ngl it finally feels real on my end. Last couple of sessions I ran into more weird check-backs, tiny c-bets, and people not stacking off as light as they used to. Even at the cheap tables. Feels like heaps more players are looking at charts/solver vids now instead of just winging it.

I’m kinda curious where everyone’s at with this stuff. Are you actually changing your approach much for online games now, or do you reckon population still makes enough mistakes that simple solid play gets the job done? I keep hearing people say you need to study proper preflop spots, blind defence, 3-bet pots etc way more than before, which sounds right... but then some bloke still rocks up and punts three streets with middle pair, so who knows lol.

Also wondering what parts matter most if you’re not trying to become some full-time grinder. If you had to focus on one area right now for small to mid stakes, what would it be? Opening ranges, c-bet sizing, river folds, table selection, mental game? Keen to hear what other players are noticing lately because the games feel a bit different from even 6-12 months ago.

I reckon the biggest leak at small stakes now is people paying off rivers just because the line looks weird. Feels like the average pool is bluffing less in the big spots than it used to, so I've been making way more tight folds with bluff catchers and it saves me heaps more than the hero calls ever did. Everyone jumps straight to preflop charts, but if you're only studying one thing, I'd be going back through river spots from your own sessions.
