question With more rooms banning HUDs, how are you adjusting your game?

Been seeing a fair few updates lately from different poker rooms around HUDs, seating scripts, and anything that looks like real-time assistance. Feels like the online grind is shifting a bit now, especially for people who built their whole game around tracking heaps of stats across a bunch of tables.

What stood out to me is how much this changes the day-to-day approach. Less auto-pilot, more note taking, more focus on pool tendencies, bet sizing patterns, timing, weird showdown stuff... all the little reads that used to get buried under numbers. If these restrictions keep spreading, I reckon solid fundamentals and table awareness are gonna matter even more than they already do.

Also seems like the gap between formats might get wider. Fast-fold pools, regular cash, small-field MTTs, satellites, all of them probably need a slightly different approach now if you're getting less data and less help from software. Even simple things like opening ranges from early position or how wide to defend blinds can feel different when you can't rely on a big sample to settle you down.

Keen to hear how other people are handling it. Are you changing study habits, cutting tables, using more manual notes, or just playing the same and not worrying about it? Curious what actually works in practice now, not just the theory chat.

yeah 100%. I cut right back on tables and stopped trying to play robot poker, helped more than I expected. Once you start scribbling down who does weird tiny turn bets or who only wakes up on rivers, you notice heaps that never shows in raw stats anyway.
