I keep seeing those sign-up offers where you get a few spins or a bit of credit without putting money in first, and now I’m kinda curious if any of them are actually worth a crack for Aussies or if it’s mostly just bait.
Not even chasing anything massive, just wondering which ones people here have tried and whether you can realistically turn it into an actual withdrawal... or if the wagering/verification stuff kills it every time. Some of them look alright at first glance, then you read the fine print and it gets a bit cooked.
If anyone’s had a decent run with one, chuck the name in here. Keen to know which sites are genuine, which ones are a waste of time, and how much mucking around there was before you could cash anything out.

I had a crack at one a while back and the spins were real enough, but trying to turn the win into an actual cashout became a whole saga with game restrictions and extra checks. Didn't cost me anything, just felt like a lot of messing around for not much. Maybe I just picked a dud.

Best tip is check the max cashout from free play before you even start, then see if the pokies you want actually count and what they want for ID. That's where most of the annoying stuff hides. If I have to dig through a bunch of pages to find it, I skip it.

Yep, that's usually the giveaway. I mostly use those sign-up freebies as a test run now more than anything else. If support is slow or the withdrawal rules are vague, I know not to bother with my own cash later.
