question Why do half the casino writeups give every site 9/10?

Bit of a rant, but I swear most casino rating pages are useless now. Every bloody one says the same thing... great bonuses, massive game range, fast payouts, top support. Then you join, have a proper poke around, and suddenly the bonus has weird strings attached, the withdrawal takes ages, or verification turns into a full-time job.

What I actually want to know is the stuff real players care about: do they pay without mucking you around, do they hit you with surprise limits, does the mobile lobby run properly, and if something goes wrong does support actually help or just copy-paste rubbish at you. That tells me more than some polished score out of 10 ever will.

Reckon a lot of those rating pages are written by people who never even signed up. Just feels cooked. If a site gets called "excellent" and then has a million little catches buried in the fine print, that score means bugger all to me.

So yeah, where do you lot actually go when you want the honest version? Forum posts have been way more useful for me lately than any shiny review page. Keen to hear which ones you trust, or if you just ignore the writeups completely and go by player chatter now.

Bit harsh tbh. Forums help, but they skew hard toward people posting when they're filthy after a bad cashout. I still check the writeups first, just skip the score and go straight to banking, limits and the bonus terms. Saves a fair bit of mucking about.
