question Which form tools are actually worth it for the local meetings?

Been trying to get a bit more switched on with the racing lately instead of just having a stab off the odds and hoping for the best. I can sort of hold my own on the bigger Saturday cards, but once I start digging around a few other meetings I feel like I'm guessing half the time.

What are you lot actually using these days when you're trying to find a decent bet? Speed maps, sectionals, track bias stuff, late market moves, jockey-trainer combos... or do you just stick to a couple of tipsters you reckon know their stuff? Keen to know what people here rate because there's heaps of noise out there.

Not really after miracle picks or some bloke claiming 9 winners from 7 races either lol. More just trying to work out what helps most without spending the whole bloody arvo buried in form. If you've got a site, app, method, or even a simple routine before the jump, chuck it in.

Would be good to hear what actually works for punters here, especially for the metro meetings and the better provincial ones.

I reckon late market moves get overrated unless you're already down to a tiny shortlist. By themselves they're just noise. You doing your bets the night before or waiting till after scratchings? changes heaps.
