Hey mates, just wondering what everyone's thoughts are on betting for NRL and AFL this season. I know the sports have their own unique perks, but which do you reckon will be more profitable this year? I've usually been more of an NRL fan, but I've seen some solid odds on AFL lately. What do you all think? Any tips or insights would be great!
Good question! I've always been an NRL guy myself, but I've found AFL offers some nice multi-bet opportunities. Plus, those scoring systems can be a bit more unpredictable, which can be fun!
I actually reckon AFL is where the smart money is this season. The games are so high-scoring that you can get better value on total points bets, especially with the way some teams are firing.

I'm all about the Storm when it comes to NRL, mate! They consistently perform, which is great for betting. Not to mention the odds are usually pretty decent.
Watch out for the Roosters this season as well! They’ve been getting some crazy odds lately. Could be worth a punt!
Check out the head-to-head stats too! Sometimes it’s not about the teams but how they match up against each other. Makes a difference!

True that! I had a mate lose a bundle last year just because he didn’t check the late injury reports. Always pays to research before you dive in.

I’ve dabbled in that, but I prefer going with my gut. Sometimes you just know when a team is due for a win!
