I've mainly stuck with the Martingale system when tackling the pokies. It sounds great in theory, but I had a couple of not-so-great sessions where I ended up chasing my losses more than I should have. Maybe I was a bit too optimistic!

I've stopped using systems altogether! I just try to bet smart based on stats and form, especially in AFL. Most betting systems sound good in theory, but they don’t account for the unpredictability of sport!
