question Bit of a swing back to simple ABC play?

Been seeing a fair bit of chatter lately about players moving away from the super fancy solver stuff, especially in live games, and going back to cleaner value betting, tighter opens, less hero nonsense... kinda feels like the pendulum might be swinging a bit?

A couple of vids and podcast clips popped up in my feed this week saying the same thing in different ways: heaps of people learned all the tricky lines, then the games adjusted, and now the blokes doing well are the ones keeping it simple and punishing bad calls. Made me wonder if this is actually becoming the new normal or if it's just the usual content cycle doing its thing.

What are you lot seeing in your own games? More solver-ish plays from regs, or more old-school solid stuff getting the money? Keen to hear from anyone grinding cash or tournies lately, online or at the pub league/live room. Reckon this trend has legs or nah?

Yep, I reckon that's where a lot of the money is again, especially live. People learn the flashy lines then try to force them into games full of callers and weird limp-happy ranges. The steady winners in my room are the ones taking the obvious spots and binning the hero stuff when the story doesn't add up.
