Woke up to a few track updates and a couple of scratchings already, so half the stuff I liked last night is out the window now. Keen to know what everyone’s landed on for the meetings this arvo, especially if you’re playing around the wet stuff instead of just following the early market.
I was circling a couple on dry-track form, but with the way it’s shifted I’m probably looking more at horses that can handle a bog and maybe some value in the place markets. If you’ve seen any smart moves, jockey changes, stable whispers, whatever — chuck them in here.
Not chasing miracle multis or anything, just trying to sort the decent bets from the bloody guesswork before first jump. What are you backing?

Yep same here. I reckon days like this are better played after you’ve seen one or two races, because the paper form gets messy real quick once the track starts cutting up.

My angle on these ones is usually the place side with horses that settle handy rather than swoopers. Curious if anyone else is waiting to see which lane is holding up before locking anything in?
