question Where do you lot get your best mail before the jump?

Been trying to get a bit more serious with the nags lately instead of just having a lazy stab off the market and vibes 😂 keen to know what everyone here actually uses before backing one.

Do you mostly go off form guides, sectional times, trial replays, trainer/jockey stuff, or just follow a couple of people who know their gear? I keep bouncing between Saturday metro meetings and the midweeks, then country races throw me completely.

Also wondering if anyone has a routine that’s not too full-on. Like something you can do in half an arvo without turning it into a second job. Happy to do the homework, just don’t wanna disappear down a rabbit hole every time I chuck a bet on.

If you’ve got a site, app, tipster, or even just a simple way you sort the field, drop it in here. Would be good to hear what actually helps and what’s mostly noise.

Yep, that bit. I reckon punters make it way too complicated. If I’m short on time I cut the whole meeting down to 2 races, look at the map first, then the last run, then whether it actually gets a clean spot in transit. Tipsters and stable chatter are mostly noise to me.
